Website terms
Terms of use
Terms for website information, inquiries, indicative pricing, demonstrations, intellectual property, and acceptable use.
About these terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of synapseloop.in. The website is operated in India by Siddhant Sharma under the SynapseLoop brand. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.
Website information
The website provides general information about SynapseLoop's services, methods, workflow demonstrations, and operating principles. Website content is not a binding proposal, statement of work, service-level agreement, or guarantee of any result. It is not legal, financial, tax, security, or other regulated professional advice.
You are responsible for evaluating whether information on the website is suitable for your circumstances and for obtaining specialist advice where appropriate.
Inquiries and business relationships
Submitting the discovery form, sending an email, or participating in an initial conversation does not create a client, advisory, fiduciary, employment, partnership, agency, or other professional relationship. It also does not create a duty to accept or respond to an inquiry.
Do not send confidential, privileged, regulated, or restricted information until the parties have agreed suitable written terms and an authorised method for sharing it. A client engagement begins only when the parties sign or otherwise formally accept a separate written agreement.
Services, scope, and pricing
Descriptions of services, deliverables, timing, and engagement stages are general and may be changed or adapted to a particular project. Any price described as starting, indicative, or illustrative is not a binding offer and does not create an obligation to provide work at a particular scope, timing, or price.
Project scope, responsibilities, fees, assumptions, exclusions, data handling, intellectual property, warranties, and other commercial terms are governed only by the separate agreement for that engagement.
Workflow demonstrations and outcomes
Workflow demonstrations are purpose-built examples that explain SynapseLoop's approach to process design, integration, AI use, controls, and human review. Unless a page expressly says otherwise, they are demonstrations rather than customer case studies.
References to potential impact or measurable outcomes identify areas that may be evaluated; they are not promises or forecasts. Actual feasibility and results depend on factors including the organisation's data, systems, people, process maturity, constraints, adoption, implementation, and operating environment.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the website and its original text, design, brand elements, diagrams, and demonstrations are owned by or licensed to the operator of SynapseLoop and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
You may access the website for lawful evaluation and may share links to its public pages. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, modify, create derivative commercial materials from, or commercially exploit substantial website content without prior written permission. Intellectual-property rights for client work are governed only by the applicable client agreement.
Acceptable use
You must not interfere with the website's operation; attempt unauthorised access; probe or bypass security controls; introduce malicious code; submit unlawful, misleading, or harmful material; impersonate another person; infringe another person's rights; or use automated access in a way that degrades the service or circumvents reasonable technical restrictions.
Third-party services and links
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. A link does not imply endorsement, partnership, or responsibility for third-party content, security, or availability.
Availability and changes
We may update, correct, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without notice. We do not promise that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, current, or free from errors or harmful components, although we take reasonable steps to operate it securely and accurately.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the website is provided on an “as available” basis without implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SynapseLoop and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or business-interruption losses arising solely from access to, reliance on, or inability to use this informational website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability arising from fraud or wilful misconduct.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with competent jurisdiction in India will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or procedures that applicable law requires.
Severability and changes
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
We may update these terms when the website, services, or legal requirements change. The effective and last-updated dates shown on this page identify the current version. Continued use after an update means the updated terms apply from their effective date.
